Nerukku Ner (1997) - Tamil Movie DvDRip Rapid share Links

The story starts off with Raghuvaran, a passport issuing officer and his wife Shanthi Krishna... Raghu tells Shanthi that he did something unfaithful while he was in Goa (see the movie to know what it is.)  She immediately leaves for her mother's house. Raghu tries to stop her by apologizing, but in vain.

Raghu's brother Vijay and Shanthi's brother Surya meet in a cinema theatre. Vijay blames Shanthi to be the cause of the problem and Surya blames Raghu for the same. They keep on fighting like this throughout the movie. Meanwhile both the heroes Vijay and Surya find their own girlfriends and fall in love... Vijay is paired with Kausalyaa (Kalamellam Kadhal Vazgha) while Surya is paired with Simran (VIP). There are some very good love scenes and love songs to enjoy. The songs are super. Sabhas Deva!

Vennila Kabadi Kuzhu - Tamil Movie DvDRip Mediafire Links

The success of sports based films like Lagaan, Chak De in Hindi and Chennai 28 in Tamil must have prompted the debutant director Susindran to embark upon a similar subject in Vennila Kabadi Kuzhu. However this time around, the crew has taken Kabadi as the central theme with a poetically titled team with many fresh faces on and off screen.
The setting of the story is a village near Pazhani. A small boy in the village is deeply interested in Kabadi and will not step into school before playing at least a single game. His interest in the game is such that sometimes he misses even his meals. As luck would have it, his father dies in a freak accident and he is forced to work in the farmlands dropping his studies.
As a youngster also he (hero Vishnu) is not able to pursue his interest of playing Kabadi but is resigned to looking after the clothes of the boy’s team when they play the game. This team from village has an infamous reputation of never having won a single game in any tournament

Vinaithandi Varuvaya - Tamil Movie DvDRip

Let’s get it straight at the outset: ‘Vinnai Thaandi Varuvaaya’ (VTV) is an excellent effort on the part of Gautam Vasudev Menon in narrating a clean romantic story without any deviation from the plot.
Karthick (Simbu), an engineering graduate, dreaming to become a director, falls for Jesse (Trisha) instantly. It doesn’t take much time for Jesse to falls for Karthick’s charms but she doesn’t want to pursue the love, as she doesn’t want to hurt her conservative father, who is against love. But she is courageous enough to break away from the marriage arrangements made by her family.
Karthik is thrilled by this development but Jesse wants more time to convince her father. The film drags on with no significant happenings but it takes an artificial break when Jesse decides to break the affair for no substantial reason. The rest of the movie deals with what happens to the affair and the lovers.

Deiva Thirumagal - Tamil Movie DvDRip

Call 'Deiva Thirumagal' an honest attempt once again by director A L Vijay. And, perhaps the need of the hour too. It's far from the madding crowd of commercial masala films.
With no double meaning dialogues or flashy song sequences shot abroad or 'high-voltage' stunt scenes, the film is an emotional journey between a father and daughter and their love towards each other.
The USP of the movie is immaculate performance by Chiyaan Vikram. He plays a dotting father to a five-year-old daughter. But he is not the usual dad - he is an adult with the mental maturity of a five-year-old. The actor in Vikram seems to have taken it in his stride to deliver a power-packed performance.
Matching him by scene-to-scene is young Sara who plays his daughter. The sequences involving Vikram and Sara are the major highlight of 'Deiva Thirumagal'.

Thullatha Manamum Thullum (1999) - Tamil Movie

The hero Kutty (Vijay) returns to Chennai after serving a prison term of seven years in Pune (extra make- up to make him look aged would have been welcome here. He looks so fresh for one who had served a long term) and sings a stanza from his favourite song (it fits badly here because of the blaring sound made by the passengers who soon settle down to hear his story). Kutty longs to become a singer while working in an audio shop run by Mani (Manivannan).

Engeyum Kadhal - Tamil Movie

Love is the only sane and satisfactory answer to the problem of human existence, they say. No one can understand this better than choreographer-actor-director Prabhu Deva, for reasons which are obvious.
So expectations were high on 'Engeyum Kadhal', his directorial venture. Though romance reigns supreme in this film, lack of enough care in the script and narration mar the flow. But hold on! Harris Jayaraj's music, Nirav Shah's cinematography and the crackling chemistry of 'Jayam' Ravi-Hansika Motwani set things right to a decent extent.
From Laila-Majnu to Karthik-Jessy, romance has been celebrated in various ways on screen. 'Engeyum Kadhal' follows this formula, and who knows, it may strike the right chord in today's youngsters, who vote for candyfloss stories.
Unlike earlier Prabhu Deva films that were more noisy, 'Engeyum Kadhal' is rather quite, sedate to start with. The movie is more like a gentle breeze touching your face on a cool evening.

Singam Puli - Tamil Movie

Doing double role is always a delight for actors. From the days of MGR to Rajinikanth, Kamal Haasan till the contemporary heroes, the craze to play two characters in one film is immense.
Joining the list is Jeeva with Singam Puli. As the title suggests, it is the tale of a ferocious battle between brothers (both played by Jeeva). Obviously it has to be between the good and the bad.
Debutant director Sai Ramani seems to have been inspired heavily by the likes of Vaali and Azhagiya Thamizh Magan and laced it up with few moments from Manmadha Leelai to render a commercial cocktail in Singam Puli.
Jeeva who has a penchant to try his hands at different themes in Tamil cinema has gathered guts to do a double role. He has taken the task on his shoulders and gives a matured performance.
The actor manages to bring out the subtle differences between the two roles with consummate ease. Especially as the lusty younger brother Ashok, Jeeva impresses. Then there is Divya Spandhana, Santhanam and Ponvannan among others to give him company.

Vaaranam Aayiram - Tamil Movie

Gautam Vasudev Menon’s Vaaranam Ayiram is intended to be a biography of an ordinary man. What could have been a subtly told story turns into a sloppy fare with way too much of daddy-glorification and emotional I-love-you-and-I-see-you-in-everything-dialogues. However, this memoirs-of-my-dad would have been a wonderful watch if it did not adopt a schmaltzy narrative often, more often than you think actually, interrupted with songs.

Azhakiya Tamil Makan

Cast: Vijay, Shriya, Namitha

Direction: Barathan

Music: A R Rahman

Production: Swagachitra Appachan

First thing first, Vijay, newly christened “Iniya, Idhaya, Illaya Thalapathy”, is magical. He is power packed, style personified and ruthlessly elegant. The ease and grace with which he carries himself is something that needs to be seen on the silver screen. Perhaps, perhaps, he could have chosen a better platform.
